How to start a return?
Email us at email@example.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping.
What items are returnable?
Online returns must be received by Izzi V & Me within 10 days of delivery.
No returns on digital products or custom orders.
All items must be unwashed and unworn.
Any items with deodorant, perfume, makeup, or any other product stains or scents are not returnable. Customer will incur shipping costs to have the attempted return sent back to them.
All sales are FINAL on all sale items, PERSONALIZED items, hats, jewelry, hair accessories, and socks.
No returns or exchanges on donated or contest merchandise.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund (less the original shipping charge) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Looking to exchange?
For exchanges, you will start by going through the return process of the item you would like to exchange.
You must then order the new item that you would like to exchange with. We encourage you to order your new size ASAP.
